Welcome to the ressurection of Noggy.net Noggy is an easy to remember name that means a Norwegian person in slang used commonly offshore and by British people. When I lived in the UK people used to call me Noggy and since it’s easy to remember I found it appropriate to call this page noggy. Noggy.net has actually been active for many years but due to the domain being aquired a few years ago by someone else trying to resell it for big bucks I gave it up for a while. Since they gave up on the idea of making big bucks selling this domain it was available for me to buy back. Another great reason to have a domain called Noggy.
